Return and Exchange 

While we do not exchange or return for orders shipped internationally, we will refund items that have been wrongfully delivered after confirmation via delivered product pictures for its amount.

Most refunds will process in approximately 2–3 weeks after the complaint has been forwarded. The customer will be informed in case any additional processing delays occur. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

In cases where the item is out of stock or the order has been canceled, a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment.

Items purchased on sale will not be refunded or exchanged. If the article received is different from the articles ordered please reach out to Customer Service to help you with your order. No exchange or refund will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond mere opening of the product.

 

Order cancellation policy

Full refund will be made if the order is canceled. Cancellation can only be done before shipping. Reach out to customer service to track and cancel your order before it’s shipped.
